Already in September should Uherske Hradiste become a university town. Tomas Bata University in Zlín has decided to implement some of its branches on a new site currently in Uherske Hradiste. Cooperation agreement signed by representatives of the Zlin University with uherskohradišťskými councilors.

Already in September should Uherske Hradiste become a university town. Tomas Bata University in Zlín has decided to implement some of its branches on a new site currently in Uherske Hradiste. Students will work under the new conditions offered several new fields. Faculty of Multimedia Communications will start teaching in an entirely new program of Fine Arts, specializing in Visual Arts Studio with a bachelor's study program and multimedia design. Graduates receive a Bachelor of Arts.

Among the faculties that have decided to open their branches in Uherske Hradiste is the Faculty of Technology, whose candidates offer bachelor Chemistry and Food Technology, focusing canning technology. The Faculty of Technology students will be offered a study program Economics and Management with undergraduate fields of study and Logistics Information Economy and Information Support of Crisis Management. There are only Arts offers Bachelor's, in which a bachelor's degree graduate economist. Since September 2006, however, should be initiated and master's program.

All the above mentioned courses have also extended deadline for applications. Faculty of Technology will be accepting submissions to 4.28 2006th In the Fine Arts Faculty of Multimedia Communications with the candidates can claim up to 31.5.2006.

Moreover, the university plans to open in Zlin Uherske Hradiste Language Training Centre for Foreigners, which has students from foreign language to equip and prepare them for subsequent studies not only to UTB, but on any Czech university. According to the assumptions, the Centre had a visit about a hundred foreign students.
