ODS proposal provides for a contribution to the study, but in which students gain an advantageous loan, and have paid for until after graduating from high school. And just in case, they would find employment and their salary would reach at least the average wage. Topolanek said that it would allow to obtain higher education and young people from poorer families, because of this loan could also cover the current cost of college, textbooks and transportation. Socially weaker families have had Topolanek simply can not afford college or books. „The current system is anti-social,“ he said.

The amount of tuition fees, according to some considerations in the ODS could be around 10 thousand crowns per semester.
