21st March celebrates International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. To commemorate this anniversary with two hundred organizations joined the pan European campaign – Wide Action Week Against Racism, including the Museum of Roma Culture in Brno.
For the week from 19 to 23 March, Brno Museum has prepared a wide range of activities not only for secondary schools. Applicants may take as an interactive workshop on what it takes to be a refugee, or even a program with the theme of Roma past and present, based on the principles of critical thinking. Pleasant film will surely morning Usury film (documentary film by director Martin Řezníček of usury).
The aim is to show students that every culture is largely influenced by its history and traditions. The entire program is free.
