In connection with the upcoming accession to the European Union will in the coming years, changes in the structure of teaching in higher education. Much of the school will replace the current five-year master cycle known as a structured program of study. The result will be to extend the range of Bachelor degree programs, thereby increasing the number of college-educated population.

The EU's higher education provided for a smooth labor market. The three-year bachelor's programs are focused primarily on the practical management of field of study. Space for the theory of specialization and a narrower audience is reserved in the master's and doctoral program. An exception to the rule as medicine, which remains the existing system.

The increase in the number of university students will participate in part of the colleges. The best of them is to transform the high school non-university type. Approximation of the Western model is a task for all candidates for accession to the EU, the Slovak Republic has recently discussed the accreditation of courses.

Whether this will have a real impact on education, employment and salary of the Czech population and what, we will find the first few years.
