When I was seventeen seek job in Kutna Hora, where I live, has shown that it can be quite a challenge. I enjoy languages and working with people, and Kutna Hora is a destination for many tourists, so I finally decided to try to work guide. The condition was mastering the four-page text Vlašskému Justice in both languages. From the beginning I pretty knees knocking, but with each visit to this lepšilo. Today, the guide service occasionally works for four years and I still enjoy it.

This is probably mainly because every tour is different. Certainly, more or less the same chant over and over text, but always come other people. Then you talk to lady who is in the yard Vlašský married fifty years ago, again with the Koreans and Israelis.

The work is an excellent agent training from the people speaking foreign languages, and test and authority. On the other hand it is quite a shot on the vocal cords.

I met with various curiosities – one group we had only the deaf who work with them had no translators, other times I explained again that the Czech Republic is really not the kingdom, and refused an offer of marriage from Africa.

As regards finance, the implementation is more remunerative brigades in our city. It depends on the number of languages spoken, but you can earn around 55 CZK per hour, weekend surcharges are 25%. The areas around town you can earn about 150–200Kč/hod. Sometimes tourists will reward me well dýžkem.

If you have you also interested in working guide, visit the tourist places in your town or neighborhood. Most Czech towns and guide service offers students speaking foreign languages are welcome assistance. It is possible that you have to pass a paid training, which is for example in Prague in the tens of thousands. But if you are clever you should be able return the investment.
