On Saturday 26 April will be held from 10 am to Cow Mountain in Brno, the second year of non-traditional competition in experimental physics – Physics Circus. This year is marked by exploration of Mars.
Competition is open to three-to five-member team of high school and college students (two categories). Teams must construct a plastic rocket powered by compressed air and water, and model go-karts, driving the mousetrap. The quality and creativity of design, then check the competition itself and the jury. Log in is possible until 30 March to address the competition Circus (at) hvezdarna.cz.
Competition was held under the auspices of the Rector of Masaryk University professor. Mgr. Petr Fiala, Ph.D. and the Mayor of Brno Roman Onderka.
