Masaryk University recently „on its website“: an interim http://www.muni.cz/…alendar/2480 published statistics on total interest of applicants: the admission for the academic year 2008/2009 has adopted a total of 58 185 applications, which brought together and paid 35 624 candidates. However, these figures are not yet final – some faculty had opened an additional admission to the newly accredited and somewhere, candidates may still register for courses related master.
So far the highest number of applications and applicants registered at MU last year, when the number of applications received up to 61 671, the learners were more than 39 000th
Most applications filed this year candidates traditionally at the Philosophical Faculty (10,725 entries) and the Faculty of Law (7623). Increased number of applications compared to last year adopted a Medical Faculty (5975) and Economics and Administration (8849). Less experienced applicants interest in recent years, Faculty of Science, about the same then the Faculty of Informatics and the Faculty of Social Studies.
Up to 13 April, visitors can still report to the bachelor program of Mediterranean Studies, which focuses on the literary history of all major Mediterranean cultures. 30th expires April deadline for submitting applications for the newly accredited two-year full-time Master's degree in English Translation.
