Under the proposal, drawn up by the Austrian Ministry of Education, charging studies should enter into force on 1 March 2004 and the level of fees should amount to 363.36 euros (approximately CZK 12,000) per semester.

Ministry responds to this impending accession of the CR to the European Union – 1 May next year, charges since March on the fact that most of the semester – examination period – graduate students have as citizens of the Union.
