University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, starting the academic year 2008/2009 will include the Faculty of Health Studies.

University Medical Faculty in Pilsen long lacked. This year, the University of West decided to use the financial problems of the private University of Plzen, and the faculty to take under its administration.
