5th January 2004 – Students and other visitors to the Municipal Library Broumov can enjoy a few days, file manuals liberal economics, which the local library and got a gift from eleven local businessmen and companies.
The idea to expand the local library in this way came two broumovští college – Jan Ullwer, student of Faculty of Economics, in Pardubice and Peter Schirl, a student of the University of Economics in Prague. „We wanted Broumov promote economic thinking and liberalism. These ideas have so far not much response,“ he told Today newspaper MF, Jan Ullwer.
The library will be enriched by more than sixty books, which would it be too expensive and difficult to access. For more than ten thousand crowns, which provide local entrepreneurs were purchased books from obecené and Applied Economics, university and high school economics textbooks, various guides for entrepreneurs and managers and library books classical liberal, Liberal Institute and published by other publishers. The publication will serve not only students of economic science from Broumov and its surroundings, but also help raise awareness of návšteníků of liberal economics.
New books in libraries are not far from the last project Broumov Young Liberals and intend to continue similar activities. In addition to lectures, which are held for those interested, also plans to hold on tax freedom.
