Pilsen rights may lose accreditation

** ** Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen there ** ** withdrawal of accreditation for some courses. Accreditation Commission of the Ministry of Education has proposed this approach primarily because it is going to leave many of the faculty. If the proposal passed, it would be the first time it was withdrawn the accreditation of public high school.

At risk is the accreditation of doctoral study program Theoretical Legal Sciences and Masters degree in Law and Legal Science. This would mean that these subjects were not allowed to be receiving other candidates were not allowed to take the rigorous state test or faculty would not give the title JUDr.

Ministry of Education should be the fate of Pilsen rights to decide within 120 days. The decision should no longer affect current students or students admitted in academic year 2011/2012.
