Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication (FEEC), Brno University of Technology announced a second chance for students who wish to apply to college. FIT offers quality education at the faculty of modern and tradition.
Students may submit applications from 10 ** 7th to 10 8th 2011 **. The second round of the admission procedure is designed for students who meet any of the conditions for admission without entrance examinations. The second round is determined by how interested the standard full-time students and for those interested in the combined form of study, which takes place mostly on weekends and which is suitable for learning on the job.
The advantage of the second round is that students can „choose“ which set out the criteria for acceptance are met, and which is best for them. Discharge from the preparatory course of study with an excellent rating, over the average mark in high school, a good result at GCSE in mathematics or physics, and to meet the criteria of the National Comparative tests. "We want to be really flexible and open as many students. We also encourage those students who achieved excellent results in the Olympiads, contests and other activities, and they have the opportunity to get to our faculty without entrance exams, "says Fiedler **. **
FIT is a leading electrical engineering faculty in the Czech and Slovak Republic. Its importance is illustrated by a number of applications submitted to the study, and also a great demand for graduates of this faculty. * „We appreciate the interest of cooperation from the various companies that choose our students into their ranks,“ * underscores the modern trend and strong demand for graduates of Electrical Engineering Dean Fiedler **. ** Among the major partners include the Faculty of FEI Company, ON Semiconductor, ABB, Honeywell and many others. Every year these companies demanded hundreds of graduates and students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication BUT.
** Information about the faculty: ** Electrotechnical disciplines were first at the University of Technology, BUT the first time already in 1905. Since 1959, when it was founded as an independent faculty of energy, which later transformed into the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, has successfully completed engineering studies at our faculty of over 23 000 graduates. In 2001 the present name of Science – Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication Technology (FIT) and a year later acquired the accreditation of new modern-ranging study programs in a structured study. The faculty has more than 4,400 students in bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs.
Studying at the faculty is focused on a wide range of scientific areas: control technology and robotics, biomedical engineering, power engineering and electronics, electrotechnology and electronics, microelectronics, and Radioelectronics Teleinformatics.
