Shanghai University publishes annually in early August ** ranking the world's best universities **. The rating primarily reflects the significant appreciation of both teachers and students (eg, number of Nobel prizes) and publication in prestigious scientific journals. This is one of the most influential university rankings at all.
Like last year the best of the Czech led Charles University in Prague, which has been ranked several times in the two hundred and first – 300 place. The head of an overview chart reigns Harvard, the top ten schools outside the U.S. were also Oxford and Cambridge. But critics warn that the ranking have a major impact especially financial capacity of schools.
