A week of unrest in universities

At the University of Palacky in Olomouc began week of unrest. It is the student protest, which was announced at most Czech universities and to highlight the dismal state of funding of universities in the Czech Republic. Protests began yesterday morning at the Department of English at the Faculty of Arts in Manchester, where students tried to overcome the capacitance record number of students in one classroom. The room for twenty people then sandwiched them eighty-four. They wanted to draw attention to the fact that while universities receive more and more students are prepared to take capacity. Often it is the year more people than can fit into one classroom, where they all have a mandatory briefing. Week unrest has become the largest student protest actions since 1989. It takes place in Prague, Olomouc, Brno, Zlín, Ostrava and Oral nad Labem.
