There is no movement as a movement. The visible decline of student movements, about which I write in the introduction of the first post is probably legal reasons. Specifically, paragraph two, paragraph ten of the Higher Education Act …

It reads: „The university is not permitted to establish and organize the activities of political parties and movements.“ Possible penalties for violation of the law are the responsibility of the school. What is and what is not political, that's the question! For any initiative flipping the company's intrusion into public affairs – and thus a political act. Apolitical academic environment is healthy for some, for others it is undesirable remnant of post-revolutionary attempts to purify themselves from the influence of SSM.

Abroad, the practice varies. According to one of the opponents of the President of the Law Association of Young Social Democrats John Hanák as in Austria, academic management school conducted completely according to political affiliation. Young Conservative Peter Sokol adds that youth political organization dominated foreign scholars to the Chambers at some universities for their work aside special rooms. The question is, apparently, difficult. Avoiding politics in academic circles is by definition high school as a space for independent work, exchange ideas and articulation impossible. The thought that it would scramble the political scene and drollery directly reflected in the operation of these institutions, however, freezes in the back.

And as with the related student movement? They just come. Their activity is limited by law to a specific action without political framing. It then only local scope and is almost invisible (at least not in the media). By contrast, acts more often reflects the ideas (even the political ones). The ecological, cultural, social and other initiatives in fact can often be read more than a dozen items from the election program.
